Learn How to Make a Piped Cushion

This workshop is suitable for anyone who has completed an introduction to using a sewing machine, or for those who already feel confident using their own machine. Unfortunately, complete beginners cannot be accommodated in this workshop.

In this three-hour workshop, you will learn how to make a piped cushion with a beautiful, professional finish.

What you will learn:

• How to cut fabric accurately using a pattern piece

• How to cut fabric on the bias to create piping

• How to make your own piping using cord

• How to sew a concealed zip

• How to attach piping to a cushion cover for a high-end finish

By the end of the workshop, you will have the skills to make piped cushions in any size or shape.

All materials are provided. Class numbers are kept small to allow for individual attention.

Please note: you must bring your own sewing machine, as machines are not provided.
